PRINCIPAL

DAVID BETHANY

With over 30 years of experience, David Bethany, Principal of Bethco Builders has established a reputation for quality construction, and specializes in commercial, large residential, multi-family construction, and site reconstruction. David has extensive expertise in construction management and is accepted in the construction defect and casualty insurance industry as a Consultant and Expert Witness. David has been a leading construction litigation consultant in Southern California for over 25 years. He is sought out to investigate non-performing buildings, assemble teams of experts and implement corrective scopes of work.

From government buildings to large residential developments to commercial projects, David has consistently served his clients with integrity and professionalism. David is the past president and former board member of the Community Association Institute (organization serving multi-family properties). David’s devoted efforts have gained him recognition in the form of an Outstanding Leadership Award. 

David’s chief philanthropic involvement has been as Director of Construction for MOVE. He has been a part of MOVE through Open Bible Churches Global Missions for the last 30 years. David’s position frequently takes him to desperate places around the world, directing the building of dozens of churches, schools, feeding kitchens, and homes. Currently, David also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Village Christian Schools, a large private school in Los Angeles. 

OPERATIONS MANAGER

MICHAEL GALLAGHER

Michael has over 18 years of experience in Management and Business Operations. As the Operations Manager, Michael supervises all aspects of the administrative process ensuring timely, accurate, and exceptional service is provided to each of our clients. While at Bethco, Michael has successfully managed multiple projects. His focus on construction accounting, project budgets, and his attention to detail helps ensure that no aspect of the project is overlooked. Michael facilitates contract documents, change orders, and other project documentation. He tends to the needs of the client with a service-minded approach, maintaining open communication and building trusted relationships.

ASSOCIATE CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANT & SENIOR ESTIMATOR

MICHAEL MADRIGAL 

Mr. Madrigal is qualified with over 39 years of experience in residential construction, commercial construction, and reconstruction projects. He has managed comprehensive programs to serve property owners through all stages of their development project, from land acquisition through testing, pre-construction, plans, site development, and construction, providing extraordinary service. Mike has extensive experience in construction consulting for litigation and non-litigation matters, including document review, invasive testing, report writing, and cost of repair estimating. Mike holds a California Contractor’s License. (B)

PROJECT MANAGER

PABLO MEZA

Pablo has over 20 years of experience in the constructions industry, 12 of which are as a licensed General Contractor. He has managed multimillion-dollar projects in both residential and commercial construction. He has successfully managed multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, demonstrating his focus and attention to detail. Pablo excels in building strong business relationships with both clients and sub-contractors.

SUPERINTENDENT

SAMUEL BETHANY

As a Superintendent, Sam oversees our projects on site and ensures that the construction process advances smoothly. Growing up with a family background in construction contributed to Sam’s development of skills early in his career. For over 5 years, Sam worked on large structural concrete projects and he gained technical knowledge in comprehending complex structural plans and systems. He has developed considerable knowledge in underground utilities and site development. Sam is notable for his strong work ethic and courteous demeanor with our clients. Sam is also Lead RRP certified.

ESTIMATOR

NICOLE JONES

As estimator, Nicole brings her knowledge originally gained as a project manager in the electrical field to the Bethco Builders team. Nicole has created costs of repair for single family residences to multimillion dollar commercial projects. Her estimates are used for general contracting projects, construction management and in complex defect litigation cases. Her diligence and attention to detail make her a reliable and effective member of Bethco’s staff.

MICHAEL MODGLIN

As Project Coordinator, Mike manages the day-to-day operation of projects and ensures that they are completed with maximum efficiency and production, while serving our clients’ needs. Mike’s friendly demeanor makes him well liked by all. He is experienced in cost estimating projects of all sizes and types. Mike has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years. During his career, he has acquired vast experience in structural construction. Mike holds a California Contractor’s License. (B)

BEBE CORBIN

Bebe brings over twenty years of construction financial management experience and has a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Her prior experience in budgeting, management, human resources, and customer satisfaction complement her position with Bethco. She has everyone’s best interest at heart and strives to create satisfying and productive relationships with our clients and vendors. Integrity is at the core of who she is and how she lives her life.

BOOKKEEPING ASSISTANT

JUSTINE DULDULAO

Drawing from her 8 years of experience in customer service, food and beverage operations, and events management, Justine’s careful attention to detail and conscientious approach enable her to effectively support the Bethco team. As Assistant Bookkeeper, she assists with maintaining accurate book records, payroll, billing and records filing. Justine has attained a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Bookkeeping and Basic Accounting.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

GRACE MARTINEZ

Grace provides administrative assistance directly to David Bethany as well as the entire Bethco Builders team. She supports Bethco’s operations coordinating multiple projects, meetings, conferences, and other daily operations. Grace’s positive and upbeat demeanor make her an outstanding representative of Bethco’s culture and values.
