With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Bethco’s Founder and Principal, David Bethany specializes in consulting on construction defect cases. Mr. Bethany is held in high regard for his outstanding attention to detail, accuracy in reporting and most notably, for his commitment to high standards and integrity. David’s expertise in construction forensic investigations enables him to accurately identify underlying issues. Bethco is then able to formulate a plan of repair and the costs associated with completion. Working with a wide range of attorneys, David has become expert in navigating the complexities of the litigation process. In addition to our expertise, Bethco’s ongoing investment in technologies such as drones, FLIR Thermal Imaging Cameras, and Moisture Meters allow our investigations to be guided with pinpoint accuracy.

SECTION 8 HOUSING AND LIHTC RECONSTRUCTION EXPERTS:
With the current shortage of affordable housing, Federal programs like Section 8 and the LIHTC tax incentive program have become much more important. A complicated array of regulations can apply to these government-sponsored properties. Maintaining the properties to the Minimum Property Standards (MPS) is essential and Bethco has a proven track record of success in this regard. Bethco’s knowledge and expertise in working with the inspection and re-certification process plays a critical role in completing these projects properly and on time.
